You, your company or institution is invited to participate in the 2014 ASEE Zone 1 Conference, the premier engineering education event in the Northeast, St. Lawrence and Middle Atlantic regions of the United States and Eastern Canada.
The Conference is anticipated to attract more than 900 faculty, students and experts from academia and industry interested in engineering education, STEM Education, Research and Development in Engineering and Engineering Technology: including equipment design, performance and optimization, manufacturing, nanotechnology, energy, biotechnology, software, computing, robotics, modeling, simulation, technology, materials, electronics, aerospace and bioengineering.
The major sponsor, sponsorship, or donor application form should be signed and returned on or before March 1st, 2014. Please notify the organizers as soon as possible via email to the Sponsorship Committee Chair, Dr. Jani Pallis, as space and opportunities are “first come first serve”. There are three different contribution levels: Major Sponsorship, Sponsorship and Donor.
An individual, institute or company whose support to the Conference amounts to $5,000 USD will be designated as a Conference’s Major Sponsor in advertising. Please click the button below to make an online payment.
- A double exhibition booth (approximately 16 feet by 8 feet in area) in the exhibition hall.
- Two company representatives will be entitled to all the benefits offered to the delegates.
- The major sponsor will have logos on the Conference home page and sponsor, exhibitor, and donor web pages, as well as on each conference satchel.
- The major sponsor will have a one-page advertisement in the Conference Proceedings as well as in the Concurrent Lectures and Poster Schedule. A total of 1000 sets of edited conference proceedings will be distributed to all those who attended the Conference. The proceedings also will be distributed to research libraries and teaching institutes all over the world.
Sponsorships are available at $2,000 USD. Each sponsor will have logos on the Conference home page and sponsor, exhibitor, and donor web page and a one-page advertisement in the Concurrent Lectures and Poster Schedule of the proceedings. One exhibition booth of approximately 8 feet by 8 feet is free to the sponsor in the exhibition hall. One company representative will be entitled to all the benefits offered to the delegates. Payments can be made via PayPal. Sponsors may designate a portion of their donation towards professional or student paper awards.
An individual, institute or company whose support to the Conference amounts to $500 USD will be designated as a conference donor. Donors may designate partial usage of funds towards professional or student paper awards. Each donor will have logos on the conference sponsor and exhibitor pages.
